Co-creating a better food system.

Building a collaborative, sustainable and equitable future for food

Our mission is to create an alternative food system that empowers communities, honors workers, nourishes consumers, and protects our planet.

Our Vision

  • Every community has access to delicious, nutritious food

  • All food system workers are valued and fairly compensated

  • Closed loop systems provide environmental sustainability for the food system

  • Transparency builds trust and drives positive change

  • Collaboration replaces competition as the driving force

Why Change is Needed

The current food system often leaves consumers feeling powerless, workers underpaid, and communities underserved. Individual solutions, while admirable, can’t address the systemic issues we face. We believe that real change requires collective action and systemic reinvention.

Our Approach

We’re not starting from scratch - we’re reimagining connections. By linking existing infrastructure, expertise and community resources in new ways, we’re building a more resilient and equitable food system.

Core Principles

  • Transparency

We believe you have the right to know what’s in your food, how it’s produced, and how your food dollars impact workers and communities.

  • Collaboration

We connect local consumers to local food growers, food preparers, restaurants and food retailers to co-create solutions that benefit everyone in the local food system.

  • Community-Centered

Our focus is on building strong local food systems that can be replicated and adapted to meet each community’s unique needs.

  • Non-Extractive Economics

We’re creating a model where success is measured by community wellbeing, not just profit margins.

We're committed to addressing root causes, not just symptoms. This means taking on the challenging work of systemic change while ensuring our solutions are practical, sustainable, and beneficial for all stakeholders in the food system.
